Duah Jeremiah Leakpor is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of TechDefense Inc., responsible for defining the company’s long-term vision, corporate strategy, and national expansion agenda. As CEO, he provides executive leadership across all business units, ensuring TechDefense operates as a disciplined, scalable, and mission-driven technology company delivering cybersecurity, network infrastructure, and connectivity solutions across Liberia and the region.

Duah holds a Master of Technology in Cybersecurity Engineering and a bachelor’s degree in information technology, a combination that gives him both deep technical credibility and executive-level strategic perspective. This background enables him to lead TechDefense not as a figurehead, but as a technically fluent chief executive capable of aligning strategy, risk, and infrastructure investment with real-world execution.

Role and Responsibilities

1. Sets Vision and Corporate Strategy

Defines and owns TechDefense’s long-term vision, growth strategy, and national positioning. Translates mission into executable multi-year strategic plans across cybersecurity, infrastructure, and connectivity platforms, including T-Net. Positions TechDefense as a national digital infrastructure and cybersecurity partner for governments, enterprises, and communities.

2. Leads Corporate Governance and Executive Management

Chairs executive leadership and oversees the performance of all senior management, including Operations and Technology. Establishes strong governance, risk management, and institutional controls as the company scales. Builds a performance-driven culture centered on accountability, execution, and measurable impact.

3. Drives Strategic Partnerships and Business Development

Leads high-level engagements with government institutions, international partners, donors, and technology providers. Owns strategic alliances, franchise models, and major commercial agreements critical to national expansion. Serves as the principal representative of TechDefense in strategic negotiations and public engagements.

4. Owns Financial and Institutional Sustainability

Oversees capital allocation, major investments, and long-term financial sustainability. Guides revenue strategy, portfolio prioritization, and investment decisions to ensure profitability and resilience. Ensures TechDefense is structured as an investable, auditable, and scalable institution.

5. Ensures Strategic Alignment Between Vision and Execution

Works closely with the COO and technical leadership to ensure infrastructure deployment and operational execution directly support corporate strategy. Guarantees that platforms such as T-Net scale in a commercially viable, operationally disciplined, and socially impactful manner. Maintains relentless focus on impact: security, connectivity, and digital inclusion.

6. Serves as the Face and Authority of TechDefense

Acts as the chief spokesperson and brand steward of the company. Builds TechDefense’s reputation as a serious, credible, long-term national technology institution. Positions the company as a pillar of Liberia’s digital transformation and cybersecurity future.
