Reports To: Marketing Officer

TechDefense is seeking a motivated Sales Agents to drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and deliver TechDefense connectivity and IT services solutions to customers, partners, and communities. As a Sales Agent, you will embody our mission to make digital connectivity accessible and empower communities across Liberia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively identify and engage potential customers for TechDefense services, including public Wi-Fi subscriptions, T-Net home plans, and partner programs.
  • Present and explain TechDefense’s service offerings with clarity and confidence, responding to customer questions and objections.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Officer to convert leads, refine sales strategies, and deliver market insights.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, proposals, and customer interactions using company tools.
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to team-wide revenue goals.
  • Participate in outreach events, community engagements, and promotional campaigns.
  • Provide feedback from the field to help improve products, service pricing, customer experience, and sales collateral.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; related tertiary education is an advantage.
  • Past experience in sales, customer engagement, or field marketing preferred.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills.
  • Customer-focused attitude and ability to build trust quickly.
  • Ability to travel within assigned regions and work independently.
  • Familiarity with mobile CRM apps and digital engagement tools is a plus.
